How to insert an ArrayList into a JDBC PreparedStatement

PreparedStatement updateStatement = conn.prepareStatement("UPDATE users SET disabled=1 WHERE ID IN ?;");

I'd like to know what's the best way to insert an array into an PreparedStatement.
How can I replace the ? with an array?
