How to insert a multiple checked row

Hi friends,

Im facing a scenario. Let me explain it.

I have a page with a report and button(these two in a main page).

I have a tabular form based on one table which opens up in a pop-up by pressing a button which is in the main page. In that tabular form ill be selecting multiple rows and if i press ADD button in that pop-up window means then all the checked rows has to insert into the table report which is in the main page.

How i can achieve this.

Can anyone help me with this issue.
