How to Insert 1 source table data into other target table using Oracle database procedure?

Hi , I'm new to procedure creation and my requirement is I have a source table P_souce in that I have 5 columns and some data. We have a target table
P_Target and having 4 columns. P_source data insert into P_Tatget using Oracle database procedure. I created source & target table in Oracle database. Can any one help me by sending procedure?
