How to increase the Oracle JOB_QUEUE_PROCESSES to 1000

I have a requirement wherein am submitting the 116 jobs for parallel processing But when i checked the JOB_QUEUE_PROCESSES, it is picking only 16 jobs at a time for execution.

I want to increase the jobs queue size.

Kindly guide me how to proceed further.
