How to increase number of connection in ORDS 21.1.3 to avoid all connections used error?

Hi All,
I am using ORDS 21.1.3 from SQL developer with Oracle Database 19c at the backend.
I am receiving the error stating: ORDS was unable to make a connection to the database, either due to database not available or max number of connection has been reached
Or at times, all the connects are in use. Please see the screenshot below:

How can I increase the number of connection in the connection pool for ORDS? I will greatly appreciate any help.
