How to increase maximum available threads to more than 40

502401Nov 10 2006 — edited Sep 12 2007
Hello,
has anyone successfully managed to increase the number of threads to greater than 40. We are currently using 10.1.2.0.2 and are having performance issues when a large number of instances are run through our process which consists of an async process calling a couple sync processes. It appears that the most time is spent in the actual process calls (suspect waiting for available threads). When using 10.1.2.0.0 I played around with the orion file and did not have much success with either performance improvement and often would have bpel hang.

Please let me know if you have successfully increased the threads to more than 40 and how you went about it.

Thank you,
Ashley
