How to include external js file in jsp page??

Hiii...i am new bie in jdeveloper....
and trying to add external js file to a jsp page...
the adress of javascript file is [ Web Content/WEB-INF/jsp/script/test.js ]
adress of jsp page is [ Web Content/WEB-INF/jsp/WelcomePage.jsp ]
so what source address of js file i have to give in jsp page.....
