how to import MS-ACCESS data into Oracle without using third party tool

Hi,

i just want to import the data from Ms-Access table into oracle without using any third party tool..im working in oracle 9i enterprise edition..sometimes in 10g also.

also let me know if any third party tool available at free of cost for doing this job...
