Java Programming

Hi im trying to write a simple SMTPClient, im running Eclipse Ganymede and for some reason

import javax.mail.*;
import javax.mail.internet.*; 

Are not being recongnized i.e. i get the following erorros:

The import javax.mail cannot be resolved

Hope someone can help me sort this as I really have no idea about how to fix my settings and have just downloaded the latest version of java!
