how to import csv file

Hi
since i am in the situation not to use external table(can not put files in the server directory)..i refered vikas application in the following link

but it is applicable only to 50 columns...i dont know why it is accepting less than or equal to 50 columns...Can anyone please download the application and say what is the problem? it is very urgent..Any help will be appreciated..
