How to import an application from Oracle Apex 19.2 version to Oracle APex 21.2 version

Hi,
We are trying to import and application from Oracle Apex 19.2 instance to Oracle APex 21.2. When we select the file and click on next it shows an error saying: This site can't be reached. We have tried installing same version application, it worked fine. We also tried to import Oracle Apex 19.2 application by changing the following parameters.
p_version_yyyy_mm_dd=>'2021.10.15'
,p_release=>'21.2.0'
We received the same error. Please find the error screenshot in the attached. Kindly help us by providing a solution to this.
