Hi all,
I'm facing an issue in my Oracle workflow. In the "In Review" human task, I currently have two actions: "Approved" and "Rejected." If a task is approved, it proceeds conditionally. If rejected, it stops. However, I need to implement a "Request More Information" action. I'm only able to use two statuses in the human task: "Approved" and "Rejected." How can I add another action for requests for more information? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
