How to implement logical delete in on table

Hi,

I am working in Jdev11.1.1.3.0

I have one requirement, where i need to delete a row from the table when i click on delete button. But it shouldn't delete/remove from the VO, when i did execute vo.hasNext i should still need this row.

Can any one suggest me the best way.
