How to implement clickToDial in Oracle Service Cloud Agent Browser UI Extensions

Hi Team,
We have developed CTI adapter by which we could do Screenpop based on the Customer Number (ANI).
Could you please help to achieve ClickToDial feature in Oracle Service Cloud Agent Browser UI Extensions.
Any link,sample code could help us.
