How to implement a form with next/prev buttons (multi-record)

Hi experts,

I'm using Apex 22.2 and my requirement is to implement in Apex a form region but that need to have next/prev button to navigate, in a muti-record way.

I've read about legacy process, but don't know exactly what approach to use.

Any guidance, please?
