How to imp three specific schemas from a full exp

Ran into an enviroment problem with our datapump setup.

So, I have a full export (long story).

With that full export - I am tring to see if I can import EVERYTHING pertaining to just three schemas.

RMDM
EVA
EVA_PAA

I need those three schemas out of that full export. How is this accomplished? Do I just fire off the import and use those names as user when it prompts or??
