How to identify which tables to re-organize?

Hi All,

We have a PROD database which is 10.2.0.2 and is approx 2.6 TB in size. We want to schedule a monthly table re-org activity which will help us to gain free-space.

Earlier we used Space Mananger tool for doing this. Now due to some restrictions we want to do it manually. Any suggestions on how to identify the tables which we can re-organize and also how to re-organize these tables?
