How to Identify TNS service name through Oracle SQL Developer?

Hi,

Can someone help on how to identify TNS service name for Oracle Database? Right now I am connected to Oracle DB via Oracle SQL developer and trying to setup ODBC connection between another application and Oracle DB, for that I would need TNS service name.

If I give any server name or host name it doesn't connect successfully. Can someone plz help here.
