How to identify the transaction or user id from xid value?

The source database alert log displays this message every 10 minutes:

C001: long running txn detected, xid: 0x0003.00b.000c9997

How do I identify the sid or client that is running this transaction? There are multiple sessions connected to this database. Most posts here suggest that this is an uncommited transaction.
