Dear Friends,
In my office they are using production database that contain 500 GB of used data. Mostly DML operation only happening on this database.
following two are my questions,
1)Whether my database environment depending on OLTP, OLAP, DWH.
2)Once we decided one type from above(OLTP,OLAP,DWH.) then, which type of oracle version is most suitable to my production database environment which is going to buy.
Ex:
If we decided that my production database is depending on OLTP, then Which type of oracle server i need to buy like 11g(which version) or 12c (which version).
I don't have clear idea on it. Kindly suggest me.
