How to identify Junk characters

Hi,

In one of our tables, junk characters are being inserted occasionally.

Oracle Financials R12 Phase 2 – Invoice Scanning

Now we would like to identify such characters through a script on a daily basis.

Could you please help me with the script or give me a hint to write one.
