I am oracle developer and I have worked upon APEX.

Hello All,

There is one requirement:

A client want an application which shows its company products and related catalogue on the web page. So that other customer can access
the site from anywhere where ever there is internet access.


I look this can be easily developed in Oracle Application Express 4.2, but I am not sure how and where I will get Oracle Apex/database installed
so that anybody in world can access the page who has internet .

Please also help me from where I get the estimate of total expense in buying the license as it will be used for commercial user.



Please guide, let me know any sources whom I can contact to get clear idea.
