How to highlight a cell (or row) of interactive report using comparison operator?

Hi guys, I just noticed that the highlight condition in Interactive Report's Actions > Format > Highlight menu does not have comparison operators like <, >, <=, >= ...

I read somewhere that Regex can achieve that, but I am just looking for more intuitive approach - if there is. Please let me know if you have an alternative for this. Thanks in advance!

P.S. I am using Oracle Apex v5.0.4.
