How to Hide Show All tab in Region Display Selector

Hi All,

Apex version 4.1.0

I have three regions in my page, I have to show any one region at a time, so I have used region display selector for show and hide the regions.
But I want to hide the Show All tab in the region display selector.

And how to change the background color of the seleted region tab.

How can I do this. Please help.
