How to hide a navigation menu in Oracle apex 18.1?

I am trying to hide navigation menu in the oracle apex application. The menu should be available. by default , the menu should be hidden and when clicked on it , the menu should be displayed.

i saw there are Javascript codes for the same. where should we actually place the code? Please help.
