Hello DBAs,
A recent audition to our oracle database administration by globally well-known firm has provided us their assessment report which also includes clear guide to harden our server and database. I very frustrated with their report because it had only 5 lines of finding those should be corrected while my expectation was higher than this number because I gave them an access to one of our database which was in its default installation mode. So, I can't assume the database secure after those corrective activities done. Thus, could you please share me what would be the minimal configuration which must be in place in terms of security. Therefore, I would like to know all the post installation tasks if someone already has.
