The cksum values stated in the download area (e.g. 4181069701 for the first file of Oracle Database 12c Release 1 (12.1.0.1.0) for Microsoft Windows (x64)) are what? They are no MD5, SHA1, PESHA1, PE256, SHA256. So what are they and how to use them on a Windows system that doesn't have a cksum command like Unix based systems. All checksum checking tools for Windows I've found, only support the mentioned hashes. How does a Windows environment admin handle this? Oracle DB on Windows Server isn't as odd as it doesn't matter how to handle it on Windows, right?
