Hi All, I am new to Oracle & Oracle Forms development. We use Oracle Forms 11g R2 and 12c R2 DB EE.
Users are saying a Form is very slow when querying data.
Problem is we cannot recreate the problem in development since data volume is very small.
Earlier we try to replicate the issues like this in PreProd where data volume is high. We cannot debug Forms in PROD.
But for this situation we cannot reproduce even in PreProd.
Do we have to ask DBA to run ADDM or trace??
How do you handle a situation like this? There are so many tuning tools like ADDM, trace etc. What do we use and in which order?
Is there an order to which we have to tackle this situation??
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
