How to handle non oracle exceptions Forms 11g

Hi everybody!

I had recently some problems to fix that let me to some non oracle exception to be raised. For example "WUF-201: Access denied" when trying to save a file. How can I check if user has rights to save file on that location ? Or how can I handle this ?
