how to grant ./runInstaller permission to Oracle user.

dear

when i execute this command ./runInstaller form Oracle user account there is error permission denied. kindly send me the procedure, how to check the run (execute) permission is granted. if not granted, how i grnat this permission in enterprise linux R5.
