How to give read,write permission to one user directory to another user in oracle 10g

Hi,

I have a two database. key is source database and Board is the target database. Now i want to a create directory(only one) from both database to put dump file.How can Give permission to READ,WRITE access to that directory to both database? Anyone help me.
