How to give Border in panel grid layout?

Hi Members,

I am using panel grid layout in my JSFF page to build a grid structure.I want to show border in grid. but when I am setting its inline style to give border color ,its not working.It is not showing border on page.I have tried with CSS but it also did not work as well.

I am doing this task in jdev 11.1.1.9.0 version.

Kindly suggest me.
