How to get User Defined Native Types to show up

I added a new User Defined Native Type using Types Admin

I saved, closed and reopened Data Modeler but it does not show up in the Source Type drop down when I define a column in the Relational Model. I did set the relational model to use 12c as the RDBMS Site. Am I missing a step in the setup?

I am using 4.1.3 on a Mac.
