SQL Developer Data Modeler

I just installed Oracle Developer Data Modeler: Version 4.1.2.895.

I was following the section 2.1 Develop the Logical Model

I was doing the Library example. I added the Domains.

Then I was trying to create the Books Entity.

The document says:

1. In the main area (right side) of the Data Modeler window, click the Logical tab.
2. Click the New Entity icon.

But I don't see the Logical TAB on the right side at all.

I see Start Page. On the extreme right is the Navigator window. At the bottom I see Messages - Log.

On the left side I have the Browser window.

Can someone please tell me how to get the Logical TAB in the main area?
