How to get the file path or id after check in it on UCM ?

Hi,

I have an adf page that contain a table of employees and a checkIn button . I created a new column with name "employee file" where every employee have only one file this column must have the file path on ucm when click it open the file .

How to get the file path and store it in the "employee file" column ?
