How to get the default expense account to default in HCM

Hi.

I remember that in EBS we could get the Default Expense Account in the Assignment screen to default with all required values so nothing had to be entered.

Does any know it this is possible to setup in Fusion HCM so the Default Expenses Account will default with predefined values ?
