how to get sqlldr.exe

I'm trying to locate the sql*loader files in order to upload cvs files into MultiMIMSY, a museum collection management system based on the Oracle 8i platform. Is there somewhere that I can just download the necessary files to run sql*loader or do I have to download Oracle8i? If so, is the personal edition sufficient or do I need the enterprise version?
