How to get rid of really old OMF?

I tried to do an active database clone this past week, and during the course of it found out that I had some really old Oracle Managed Files on the Production database, that I think somehow got stuck out there. How do I get rid of them? There are also some really old flashback logs. I turned off flashback and everything else disappeared except for thes logs dated from early October. Some are in the flashback log area and some are in the onlinelog area. There are no guaranteed points of recovery.
