How to get plain Body content from a MailMessage

HI ,
Iam trying to extract the Body content of a MimeMessage of text/html fromat using MimeMessage.getContent().Its giving message body with html format. I need to send plain body to some wireless clients.
How can I get plain text body without html tags..is there any java mail api method call exists..
help me
