How to get & parsing the JSON response of Social Sign-In (APEX 18.1)

Salaam,

APEX: 18.1

DB: 12.1C

I have now a new application with Social Sign-In (Authentication Schema) for Google.

I followed this post:

Actually, I need to get some info about an authenticated user (I know its depend on my schema scope) like user full name, age, pic profile ... etc

I know this info recorded in response JSON file,

So how I can to parsing it after successful authentication?
