We are implementing OPA Mobile for our field staff integrated with OSvC. When they use OPA Mobile to update an incident, how do I get OSvC to email the mobile user's email account that the update was received? There are pretty straightforward rules for setting OSvC to send receipt emails and response emails, but they all seem to be oriented to the Contacts table. However, the OPA Mobile users are all agents. I also haven't found how to even get the system notifications to work when a mobile agent updates an incident...
Any help would be appreciated.
