How to get Oracle.DataAccess.dll for .Net 2.0 (Oracle Client 10.2.0.3)

I have installed Oracle client 10.2.0.3 with ODP.NET

In the installation directory I can find odp.net/bin/1.x where the Oracle.DataAccess.dll version 1.102.3.0 is contained.

How about .NET 2.0?
How do I get the Oracle.DataAccess.dll for .Net 2.0?
