How to get network id in Oracle application EBS forms if network login is different from Application

I am on EBS 11.5.10 without single sign on. The user login to the network with a username xxabc and goto URL for EBS and use, username yypqr.

How do I trap xxabc in oracle forms, if it can be done through forms personalization. It's great. Any thought process is helpful.
