how to get mark sheet of one paper of Oracle

Actually
i gave one paper at oracle prometric and other at NIIT centre.
i misspaced both mark sheets i asked for duplicate ones.
but i could only get the mark sheet of paper i gave in oracle prometric
can u tell how can i get mark sheet of exam given NIIT centre. and one more thing to ask if we have OCA certificate are mark sheets not used then. OCA certificate is enough. I have the certificate.
