How to get Lineage/History table data using SQL?

Hi,

How can i get the full Lineage/History table data of a spec using SQL?

I couldn't find an entry for action (Create New Copy) - "6" from SPECLINEAGEHISTORY table.

I have a spec with lineage history as below, the sql returns only 2nd row data, how can I get both the rows.
