How to get Item ID inside Contition PL/SQL

Hi!

As it's well known, there are no any problems to get  v('APP_ID') и v('APP_PAGE_ID') inside PL/SQL expression that was called from Condition properties of element.

But what's about full "coordinates" of call point?

I mean APP_ID:APP_PAGE_ID:ITEM_ID

Is it possibly to get something about rendered element name (ID) inside Condition PL/SQL code et all?
