How to get images and css from jar in Jdeveloper

Hi,

I am using Jdeveloper 12.2.1.3. I have created on application in which I have images folder and css folder.

But I want to use images which are common in other application.

So I want to create a jar or library for those images and css.

So my question is how to create jar/library for these images and css and how to use it ADF application as resources.
