How to get ias Home

Hi,

I am running form services of 9ias. Can any one please tell me how to get the ias Home programatically. ie I want to know what is the oracle_home values written in the env file (default.env) like(d:\ora9ias) for midtier.

I want to know the loaction of the midtier on server programatically.
