how to get hourly data from my table

Hi Masters,

I have a table called dm_workflow_step_report. From this table I need data on 5th march2019. hourly data. I tried like this .. But not able to get the data.

select * from dm_workflow_step_report where trunc(inserted)=to_char('05-mar-2019') order by INSERTED; I got 50Lakhs records .

inserted data like this .. 05-MAR-19 01.49.52.280000000 PM

exported into excel file .. But excel file is not opening .. I need to split this data hourly basis. Please help me.
