Basic groovy expressions in Transient Attributes is not working at all, for example getting the duration as Transient Attribute from two Date attributes using simple minus operator in groovy is not working, neither is any Math Function. The errors are [ADF security error] method minus on class java.util.Date is not permitted, [Static type checking] ,Cannot find matching method java.lang.Math#floor(java.math.BigDecimal).
Disabling the "Expression Type Checking" in Model , ADF Business Components , Options only allows the expressions to compile in JDeveloper and they run in the Model Tester but consistently give errors on the page when running in the integrated Weblogic server or a standalone server. The same groovy expressions are working fine in JDeveloper & Weblogic 12.2.1.3.
It has been 26 days since I raised a SR and this issue has been acknowledged as a bug, but still the last status message is that there is no update from the Dev team. I am really frustrated on how such a simple issue could have been overlooked specially since we waited 2 years for this release.
